AFI Europe, a leading real estate development and investment company operating in Central and Eastern Europe, with a focus on the development of large-scale commercial and residential projects, presented its new project in Serbia named “Skyline Belgrade”.
A commercial, business and residential complex, with a size 68,000 square meters will be built at the location of the old Ministry of Internal Affairs in Belgrade. The project is conceived as a complex of three towers, with a central tower as a free-standing facility (129m) and two smaller towers on the side edges of the plot (77m and 64m). Additionally, the complex will have a garage for 900 vehicles. The realisation of this project is planned in two phases, and the start of construction can be expected in the period August-September this year. The construction of the entire complex could be between 4 and 5 years. The project will expectedly require financing.
